Gallery Rental Information
We rent out the exhibition room on the 5th floor of the Ginza Yoseido Gallery as a venue for presenting art and cultural activities. Please use it as a place to exhibit your work, including paintings, sculptures, photographs, calligraphy, and crafts.

How to use the service
1. Application: Please apply using the application form.
2. Half Payment: Please make the payment in advance after applying.
3. Payment of the remaining balance: Please transfer the payment by the first day of the event.
4. Delivery: Saturday of the week before the start of use, 16:30-18:00
5. Exhibition Period: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (until 4:30 PM on the last day)
6. Removal - Final Day [Removal Time]
As a general rule, you are responsible for loading and unloading the items yourself. If you require assistance, our staff can provide it for a fee. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the user.
Terms of Use
Available exhibits
- Exhibition and sale of works of art such as paintings, sculptures, photographs, calligraphy, and crafts.
• Exhibitions related to arts and cultural activities
- Other cultural activities that the gallery deems appropriate
Items that cannot be used
- Exhibition and sale of works other than fine art
• Events and meetings that involve sound for the purpose of attracting an audience
• Exhibitions primarily focused on religious activities
- Actions that cause a nuisance to neighbors, such as noise, vibration, or foul odors.
Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Subleasing or re-renting to a third party without the gallery's permission.
Prohibited actions when using the venue
Nailing into walls / Modifying or altering walls or equipment / Unauthorized use of equipment / Use of hazardous materials or open flames
Regarding cancellations
No cancellation fee before 50% payment.
Half payment after half payment ~ before the remaining balance payment Half payment
Full usage fee after payment of the remaining balance
Artwork management and insurance
The management of exhibited artwork is, in principle, the responsibility of the user. Please take out insurance as needed.
